Let’s get to know each other! We will work together to develop a detailed plan to target your wants & needs - the must-haves, love-to-haves, and everything in between.

2. get pre-approved

The pre-approval process takes your financial picture and develops it into a budget that works for you. Working with a local lender is highly recommended! Looking for a referral? Reach out, I’d love to connect you with a lender who specializes in your qualifications.

3. home search

The information from steps 1 & 2 inform your home search. You’ll be notified when a home that meets your criteria hits the market, pulling from thousands of agent listings. I also search For Sale By Owner listings and off-market listings to find your dream home.

4. make an offer

It’s more than a price.
Together we will craft an offer that uses all the tools in our toolbox, utilizing competitive terms strategically to put your offer on top.

5. negotiate

Not all offers require negotiation, but if they do, you want a qualified Realtor® representing your best interests. Not only am I a stickler for details, but I also come with the support and resources of the entire Five Star brokerage, voted the best residential real estate brokerage in GR five years in a row!

6. pending process

This is when most of a Realtor®’s work takes place. Appraisals, financing requirements, surveys, inspections, managing negotiations, all coordinated and timed to ensure you get the keys to your new home when you want them.

7. close on your new home!

Sign those papers! Get the keys and move in to your new home!
