Cleaning, organizing, repairs, painting, etc. Prepare your home to sell! Utilize my expert staging skills! I will work with you to make your home look it’s best. I’ve even been known to sling some paint with my sellers!

4. list it!

Cleaning, professional photographs, complimentary staging, professional marketing - these are a few of the tools I use to get your listing maximum exposure. Listing your home with a Realtor® also means your property will be put on the MLS, going directly into the hands of thousands of qualified buyers and agents.

6. review offers & negotiate

Do you know what makes an offer strong? How about the pros and cons of the various terms of an offer? In a seller’s market, this is where your Realtor® provides exceptional value. You’ll never know how much money was left on the table if you don’t know all of what was offered. I will work with you to go through every aspect of the offers you receive, and expertly negotiate on your behalf so you’re getting top dollar on your terms, on a timeline that works for you.

5. showings

Your home is on the market and qualified buyers are viewing it. I will navigate this process so you can rest easy- I create and maintain the showing schedule, field questions from agents and buyers about your home, follow-up with buyer’s agents for feedback, and regularly check-in on your property.
